Terms of Service

Welcome to MaMile. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MaMile and govern your use of the MaMile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use MaMile

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use MaMile. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Health and medical disclaimer

MaMile is not medical advice. The app provides general fitness and habit guidance for the trying-to-conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum stages. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning, changing, or continuing any exercise — especially during pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Pregnancy-safe plans and the postpartum return-to-run protocol are gated on provider clearance, but you remain responsible for exercising within your own limits. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, bleeding, dizziness, or any warning sign. You participate in any activity at your own risk.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Notify us promptly at support@mamile.app if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings, or from the web at account.mamile.app (Settings → delete your account).

4. Acceptable use

To keep MaMile a kind, safe space for moms, you agree not to:

Harass, bully, shame, or harm other members, including in Pods and community feeds.
Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harmful, or violates others' rights.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or stage to gain access to groups.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Use the Service for any commercial solicitation without our permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create — reflections, photos, posts, and cheers. You grant MaMile a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and share that content as needed to operate the features you use (for example, showing your posts to your Pod). You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

6. Free trial, subscriptions, and payments

MaMile is offered as a subscription that begins with a 14-day free trial. Billing is handled on the web through a third-party payment processor (not through the App Store). By starting a trial, you authorize the charges below when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.

14-day free trial: you are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you will not be billed.
After the trial, your MaMile Club plan renews automatically until you cancel, at the price for the plan you chose: $19.99/month, $49.99 every 3 months, or $149.99/year.
Manage or cancel any time from your account or by emailing support@mamile.app. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period unless required by law.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with prior notice; changes apply to renewals after the notice takes effect.

7. Intellectual property

The MaMile name, logo, app, and content (excluding your content) are owned by MaMile and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using MaMile and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its members. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that GPS, step, or other sensor data will be perfectly accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaMile and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MaMile's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
